Travel with Shayla offers immersive and educational group tours through Italy and other European countries. Our tours are designed to provide cultural immersion, historical exploration, and unique local experiences, all led by Shayla, an experienced traveler. We specialize in small tour groups, perfect for individuals who may feel apprehensive about traveling alone and prefer the comfort of being with someone knowledgeable. 

You can book a tour directly through our website. Simply select your desired tour, make your initial deposit on our website, and complete the booking form. Our tour packages typically include round-trip airfare from Tampa, FL, hotel accommodations, all transportation, guided tours, and several excursions such as wine tours, cooking classes, and visits to historical sites. Specific inclusions will be detailed in your itinerary. 

Some meals are included in the tour package, such as breakfast at the hotel and meals during certain excursions (e.g., lunch during the Tuscany wine tour). Details about included meals will be provided in your itinerary. 

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or break your payments into monthly installments. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged according to the schedule provided on your invoice. 

All payments to Travel with Shayla are non-refundable and non-transferable due to our contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection coverage, including cancel-for-any-reason coverage, to protect your investment. 

Currently, we do not allow children under the age of 14 to attend our tours. All travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and the accompanying adult is responsible for the safety and supervision of their children. 

For most tours, we offer roommate matching for female travelers. Roommates will be assigned 30 days prior to the trip departure date. If you prefer a single room, please let us know at the time of booking; additional charges may apply. 

If you need to make a name change due to incorrect information provided, a fee of $250 per person plus any additional supplier fees will apply. Name changes to airline reservations may require full cancellation and rebooking, subject to cancellation penalties. 

We understand that travel plans can be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. By booking a tour, you acknowledge the potential risks and agree to comply with any local regulations, such as quarantine requirements, mask mandates, or proof of vaccination. We strongly encourage purchasing travel protection coverage to safeguard against unforeseen changes. 

You will need a valid passport for international travel. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return date. Some destinations may require additional documentation, such as visas or proof of vaccination. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documents.
